Hello Sir/Mam,
I called justdial for some chimney repairing company and got contacted by one of their referrals named KUHAD HOME APPLIANCES.
A guy named MR. DIPANSHU called me sent a service guy from his company to my house.The guy who visited my house introduced himself as AMIT, he opened the chimney and didn’t fix it back claiming safety issues.
Also he did AMC(Annual Maintenance) and charged ₹2500/- to which he promised that it includes the repair and replacement of defective parts.Also,he provided a bill over company’s booklet and wrote the items to be replaced in another booklet.
Since then, that guy doesn’t pick any calls made by my number.
I called justdial and they took the same guy on conference twice to which he answered and asked for another day.
Again he is no more answering calls.
This started on 27Feb 2019 and now it’s been more than a month.
His no. is still working and they people are doing frauds continuously.
Also DIPANSHU and AMIT seems to be one guy with different numbers just to fool the customers.
