Hello Team,
Me and my Wife both have been charged fraudulently in the name of Caller tune activation automatically from Vodafone
We both are customer more than 8 years abut havent used Caller tune service and we know how to activate it , since we do not requried this feature we never not opt.
Now on 31/12/2020, I received message that Caller Tune has been activate on your number (9033553538)
Called to customer service and I received a response that I have access a link(blah blah)
My phone was not in use at that moment and how the link gets operated and caller tune gets set.
Few days back my wife received same message for activation of caller tune, but since she do not have balance, it was not activated.
Kindly investigate this matter , since Vodafone has started deducting money from balance in sake of miscellaneous services.
