Hi Team,
Am using 9986164126 (Mohammed Toufeeq) from more than 12 years now and I have been constantly complaining about the additional charge on my account, due to pop up or WAP messages impacting my monthly bill, tried reaching customer service who doesnt understand customer need and make me wait for more 1.5 hour on call to speak to Floor manager.
Adarsh C Floor supervisor & Praveen K Floor Manager, hopeless folks I encountered who wasted my time. Month of may had 149 additional charge for the service I did not use & 72 additional charge for June. Please get this waived and ensure I do not get any invalid charge unless double confirmation from myside.
Please act swiftly on the complaint and this is impacting my monthly billing cycle.
