On 06/08/2025, a delivery partner arrived at my residence with a parcel. I was told that the parcel was a Cash on Delivery (COD) order and that it was asked to pay 499/-. The parcel was from a company named Aurela Blings, with the Order ID BL5339.
I didn’t place any such order, nor did anyone in my household know. I immediately informed the delivery partner that I would not accept the parcel as it was not something I had ordered. The delivery partner then asked for an OTP to cancel the order, which I provided. The delivery partner took the parcel back.
This appears to be a fraudulent activity where parcels are sent to unsuspecting customers on a cash-on-delivery basis without any prior order. The company seems to be using deceptive practices to force customers into paying for unsolicited goods. I wish to file a complaint against this fraudulent act.
