I had booked one way ticket from Travolook website from Kolkata to Guwahati for Rs 6134/- on 23/02/2022. My transaction was successful and money has been deducted from my bank account. However I didn’t received the confirmed ticket in my email id. A message was sent in my inbox by Travolook that my transaction was successful it will take 30 mints for processing. After 10 to 15 minutes another message came from Travolook that my ticket was cancelled due to technical error and the amount Rs 6134/- will by refunded within 7 to 10 working days. Now it has been more than 3 weeks on 23rd it will be one month still I didn’t received the refunded amount. Please help me to get my hard earned money back from these fraudsters.
