I have purchased one saree from flipkart and delivered on 06 Oct 22. The saree was of different colours and material was also different from what was displayed on flipkart so I raised the return request. On 08 Oct a message came on mob that pickup has been arranged and product will be picked up before 2100h. No body came to pickup but another message received at 2117h stating that your pickup has been cancelled as you want to keep the item. It was surprising and I raised another return request. On 09 Oct again a message was received that out for pickup and product will be packed up before 7 PM. No body came to pickup and again a message received on 10 Oct that pickup rejected product damage.
This activity by flipkart is a clear case of fraudent. Suppling inferior product, denying return by false excuses by this company is just a cheating to millions of innocent customers. It is time to raise a voice and boycott this bastered company.
