FRAUD DONE BY DELIVERY BOY AND OTHER MEMBERS..

I placed one phone order with the option to exchange an older mobile
One plus 11R 5G (Galactic Silver, 8GB Ram, 128 GB Storage)
Please note, the delivery person came and collected my exchange phone from me with the Sim inserted in it. I have done a reset and told him to wait for that and I went through the home to take the sim ejector Pin to remove the sim card from my phone. But he isn’t supported and waited for me. He took my Sim and was gone.
I called Amazon from my friends account and I tried to reach my account but it’s MFA enabled and I can’t then Morning 10 Am I applied for a Duplicate sim card in the Bangalore – Kasturi Nagar Airtel Store. But they have given me a Defeated new sim it takes 3 days but still haven’t activated. and Sim is on my Mom’s Aadhar. So I decided to come to Chennai on 26th June And get the sim activated on the same day, But the SMS all takes 24 hours to get activated.
Once I logged into the Amazon account I found that my password was changed and many orders were placed in my account with a 17428 rupees limit utilised from that Pay later Account by the delivery person. So I raised a complaint against him to the Amazon account they are telling me No suspicious activity in that. But the Delivery boy of AMAZON has done fraud as he has knowledge of Loopholes and now the customer has to suffer. The Amazon team needs to check this.. MY HARD EARNED money is at stake.
Their executives are least bothered about the mental situation customers face in these types of fraud activities done by their delivery boys and just keep on repeating the same answer that is reflecting on their screen..
Please do a detailed and stick check with the delivery boy and get the truth come out.. Please file a POLICE COMPLAIN against the fraudulent person whether it is their delivery boy or other staff involved in fraud..
