I transferred a digital newspaper account with the Lorain Morning Journal, a newspaper business in Lorain, Ohio, to a delivery of the newspaper to my home address two weeks ago. I have yet to receive a copy of the newspaper. I’ve called the circulation department ongoing to speak to a representative to resolve this matter but to no avail. Every time I call I get the same message that they need to work on the issue. I’ve been patient with them as every time I called I trusted I would see the paper the next morning. It’s been two weeks and I’m prepaid through May, 2022 and I still haven’t received the newspaper.
