Fraud case – I wanted to raise a complaint against Shiv Trading and the online trading portal https://Extrabassarea-in.myshopify.com.
It’s about an order that i placed a week ago for a combo offer – ‘Sony bluetooth head phone’ through the above mentioned portal. The order number was EBA12691989. The same was delivered on 19th Aug 2020 and i paid the amount in cash. (Rs. 1599). However, quite surprised to see that, the delivered product was something else and that too someone’s returned product (the inside packet has someone else name in it).
To raise complaint, i called an available number belong to Extrabassarea. The conversation sounded suspicious and fraudulent. When i requested for refund, they send me an link and asked me to click, which was quite unfortunate and unethical. I did not entertain the call further. Post which i sent an email to support@extrabasserea.in (which is again available in their portal), but the email domain doesn’t exist.
