Vodafone has billed me for value added services, which I never opted, despite several calls, messages to the customer care, they have not rectified my bill by reversing the additional charges, and top of it they have barred all my outgoings.
Since last more than 4 months I have severally asked them to block list my number for their unwanted additional services, however the same is not done.
I can share the screen shots of Facebook messenger chats on the follow up from my end and torture by Vodafone. Now I do not want any calls from them, i need my bill to be rectified, so that i can clear off and port with other service provider
