I had opted for IR activation without any IR pack with a understanding that I will be billed as per my usage, at standard states.
On landing in USA when I tried to check the network connectivity just for 2-3 minutes only and then switched off. Then I again tried after 1 day for 1-2 minutes. I was thinking that I will be billed as per my usage but on seeing the bill I noticed that I have been billed with 1 day pack charges of Rs 649/- + taxes, for two days.
I have used very less data and no calls were made or received using IR services, the charges levied are too high where I never had opted for 1 day IR plan.
I called twice to IR Helpdesk from USA to correct the bill, but they only reduced Rs 7 (Rs Seven only) from my bill as charged for IR services and not the IR plan charges.
