False promises by sales team about furniture delivery and installation timeline
Taking upfront payment but not delivering as per the promise
Delivery person opened the boxes and left parts on the ground (he said it has to be like this till the carpenter comes) small parts are a safety hazard for my small child
Product was delivered in damaged state
Even after raising a complaint, there has been no expression of empathy or apology for the stress and inconvenience that we have been subjected to. They just tell me to be understanding.
I feel mentally harassed.
Looks like it is their way of pushing customers to force buying junks they sell with a high mark up at their stores
