Fraudulent and misleading money deduction from the account. I called up at the vwestern customer care number and that fraud picked up the call saying that he will give me refund for the wrong product delivered and then asked me to open up phone pe and gave me a code to put in it but that was not a code it was the amount that got deducted from my account and said put your UPI id as it will just activate the link for the refund like this twice the money got deducted from my account and later he even said the same to my brother and did the same with him through google pay and same way 4 times money got deducted.
