Text of Complaint by Sambhu Parida:

As suggested by one of the Kent sales person (Mohit saxena) I’ve paid 15000 INR for Kent grand+ on a razorpay link received from e.orders@kent.co.in. As per our discussion over call invoice was supposed to be generated within 4 hours of successful transaction. But it didn’t happen & now Mohit saxena is having a complete different statement. As per him invoice will be generated on same day when product dispatched. Since lockdown is ongoing, nothing can be done . He eventually cheated me. As per Kent cancellation & refund policy , I should get a refund by sharing transaction details & cancellation reason on id onlinesales@kent.co.in. I’ve sent couple of mails but no one responded.so I need to file a case against Mohit saxena for his fraudulent transactions & on Kent for not following cancellation & refund policy available in their official website.
