On April 09 2023, I took cab from Kharar Sector 115 to SAS Nagar Mohali Phase 10 around evening 19:30 hours. when I disembark at the destination, I have to make payment for Rs 195 for which I presented Rs 500 note to driver to which he took and asked me to pay loose change since my payment was for Rs 195. I asked him that i’ll get from inside my house. In the mean time, he put message to their support office that I have not made the payment. On the other hand, i came out of my house with Rs 195, the driver Amandeep took money and moved away. The message sent by him to theior support office lying opne in system with no payment remarks. Last week I was been to Delhi and came back. At Mohali airport, i open my mobile and try to book the cab. When I opened the Indrive app, it showed me that my account is blocked till 30.04.2091(Attached in attachment) . I wrote to [email protected], they replied me that I have to pay Rs195 to Driver and then they we will open the app on my number. Again, I received an email showing that I have misbehaved with Driver as I was in drunken state. It is for your information I am Sikh gentleman with Amridhari status. HOW CAN I ACCEPT THE ABSURD REMARKS ON MY DIGNITY TOWARDS MY GURU AND ABIDE BY TEACHING OF GURU GRANTH SAHIB JI. Its totally fake on their part and I wanna complaint against InDrive app and their drivers. Kindly take proper action so that in future they do not put such absurd and ill faced messages for the customers especially Sikh customers.
I also seek refund of the Rs 500 taken away by driver from me and strict action against driver on their fault towards putting such message inspite of payment received by them and stopped driver AMANDEEP (Mobile no 6284298330) driver from further driving in drive app.
