21/ 09/2023 I ordered a women high waist cargo pants pack 2 which I received today (28/09/2023) and the product was fake because the product’s upper packing was good but when I opened it I found another packet one after another which is not related to the product of upper fill and at last, when I opened the packet I found someone’s used clothes which is not associated with my product and it was fake. I wanted to return and refund it but when I went to the website you have to contact the email account and write your reasons for returning the product and they will refund it. But when I sent my reason for the refund of the product to that email, the Gmail app said that the email was totally wrong and there was nothing about that email which means it doesn’t exist. And actually i found the website on Instagram which I found good but it turned into a fake website. Please I really need my money back
