I purchased adidas shoes worth rs 3200 from mantra and they provided me duplicate shoes because after using 4- 5 time it torn from centre and sides. When I complaint regarding this they are ignoring me from 1 month . Mantra says go to adidas and adidas says go to mantra .They declined my complaint 2 days ago without giving me a reason . Help me regarding this
