I raised a request to exchange my product as it’s fitting was not so good. Product was exchanged by the delivery agent named as Mr. Jitender on 14th October 2020. He came back after an hour or so asking for Price tag of the product as his senior needed the price tag otherwise he would be have been charged with a penalty. I completely denied to hand him over the price tag as i wanted to return the product ,again due to fitting issue. Though, i informed him that i have already raised a return request hence i cannot give him the price tag. Another agent came on same day to pick up the product at 8.27pm. Post checking the product and price tag intact with the product, he took it. After one hour or so, I got an update from Myntra that my return request has been declined due to missing of the tag. I have videos as a proof of evidence that agent took the product with the price tag and have all the recorded conversation of Jitender asking for the price tag without myntra knowledge.
