Hy this is ratna, I ordered saree in meesho on May 7th but cancelled on May 9th, it shows cancelled in meesho application but product got delivered on May 19th which is total different from the ordered one worth 1230/- .when I raised complaint immediately after delivery they said ur complaint has been filed we will check further please reply to a mail with invoice and product pictures. I replied to that mail like 7 times. Every time I called them they are saying it’s in process u have to wait few more days.Now on June 7th I called again for 2 times they kept me on hold for 30min for the first tym and second time the customer service executive cut my call after listening to the problem I am facing from last 20days. It’s a huge loss for me, my customers are not trusting me and I lost many orders because the client giving me negative comments on every post in my page saying she is fraud and don’t trust her. Kindly give me a solution as fast as possible.
