1. 4 fraudulent transactions of Rs. 56604.93 have been made from my Paytm postpaid account on 28/11/2022 between 10:03 pm to 10:05 pm without my consent.
2. Just after that I lodge a fraud complaint to 24/7 customer care helpline as per RBI rule and complaint ID No. 3243702580 dated 28/11/22.
3. The passbook says that 3 transactions have been paid to Tuition Fees of Rs. 10233.95,10234.98 & 10236.00 and 1 transaction of Rs. 25900.00 goes to Mukesh Kumar respectively.
4. After that a lot of conversations with their customer care have been made regarding this and I also sent 4 emails to Paytm customer care and lastly sent a mail to CEO, Mr. Vijay Sekhar Sharma giving full details to settle the case, but to date, I did not get any reply from them.
5. They are sending Text messages continuously from 28/12/2022 to 29/04/2023. I got total 19 messages with different payment Link to pay the dues immediately with penal interest Rs. 4425.00. I am really harassed by them and they did not try to solve the case in any way.
Never expected! I don’t know that Paytm is such a thief.
