Text of Complaint by Simran Sisodia:

Dear Team,

Vodafone services are world pathetic services I have ever taken. Previously I was using Vodafone prepaid number but suddenly they stopped my all services and I went to the service center and they told me prepaid SIM can’t retrieve you need to take our postpaid number only the way you can get your old number back otherwise there is no way.

I have taken the postpaid sim and I analyze that Airtel has a much better network and also bill is very reasonable even though my number and services were suspended in the month January but still they are sharing me the bill for each and every month as they told me it’s rental even through services was totally stopped.

I said ok, Let do one thing close my all bills and payments and let me know how much I have to pay the bill was total 2,971/- on my father’s Name Dharmendra.

We have paid and they provided me another sim card for prepaid sim and told me within 3 days of the time your problem will be solved I still think it’s too much I have paid but still, one relief was there now I don’t need to pay so much for the worst services.

after 3 days new sim card is not working and I am out of town I am totally confused I called to customer services they took the complaint and told me in another with 3 days your problem will be solved I said ok.

then again 3 days then again after 10 days they generate the bill of rs. 600/-
I again contacted the customer care again they were you need to pay the bill. I was totally trapped into there jumble with paying 2,971/-

Now I send so many mails discussion with customer care and everything I have done on my part.

today I visited the services center of Vodafone (E 356 Nirman Vihar Vikas Marg Opp. V3S Mall, New Delhi, Delhi 110092).

The manager of the shop misbehave with me. also told me why you have used the services if you are not able to pay the bills. also, there is no solution to my problem and they are harassing me to pay the bill. in the same services center, I have deposited the payment of 2,971/- Rupees and now they are misbehaving with me also they were trying to threatening me to call the police even they are not listing anything that I am saying and my father saying but they are showing us that we are greedy and not paying bills.

Also after that I called the customer case center there is also some lady picked the cal after listing 10-15 mints of the story she said my system is not working sorry I won’t be able to helo you.

bill and sim card is attached in the attachment and safe us.
