I am an online tutor and while conducting classes online on Hometutorsite.com for students in subjects as biology on 8th Sept 2021, I got a call from Mr Anil Kumar. His contact number as reflected on whatsapp 9813553019 purportedly from bangaluru, he requested at 9.11 pm. I got a call that his children required online urgent tuitions and requested me to accept money in advance. I gave him my mobile number and asked him to conduct transaction on paytm. He transferred rupees to confirm money had reached my account, which I had, thereafter I realized that an amount of 27,495 Rs had been withdrawn from my account. In 3 transactions, the ledger is attached.
Sir, I request you for enquiring in the matter at appropriate level with RBI since no PIN etc or any other information provided to fraudster. You are requested to provide relief in the matter as per regulations of RBI. For the time being debit freeze the account.
