Text of Complaint by Bindu:

I had ordered a product in 2 qty and paid in full. But when I received the parcel only one piece was delivered. SO I raised a complaint for the missing item and also raised a return request for the one I had received. The refund was processed for 1 item and for the other missing item the complaint (8707381272839) was escalated and received an email saying refund will be processed. But within a couple of hours I received another mail saying We are unable to accept the request for Reimbursement as it is not eligible in terms of fair usage policy.
This is not the first time something like this happened. Even previously once when I had ordered for 4Qty (821524466634) and received only 1 Qty, and raised a complaint for the missing items I was asked to raise an exchange request. The exchange item received was again sent in 1 Qty and so I raised a complaint again for the missing qty and returned the order, I had received refund for only 1 Qty. I had lost money for 3Qty.
They are cheaters and fraudsters.
