This is the worst place to shop . I regret purchasing from them. Despite being a reputed site they are the biggest fraudster that exist. I have purchased from them in the month of February for the occasion of Eid . Their biggest con is that you won’t receive your order for the ocassion you have ordered and don’t trust the date they have mentioned. I have issued a refund for one of my order on 29th March and we are in the mid of August and I haven’t received my refund yet. Who takes almost 5 month to issue a refund. The worst part is that despite being a reputed they have the worst customer service. The customer service on WhatsApp is where you would receive only automated respone . Your problem won’t be solved. Neither do they reply to your mail. I tried contacting Neetu mam but she without even answering my call just blocked me without even hearing what my problem is. . Neetu man is the most arrogantcas she has done the same with my sister when she texted her issue regarding her order . Shopping from fashion station is like begging for your own money. I understand that orders may get delayed due to various reason including custom but atleast there should be some transperancy with the customer. Small business who sell authentic pakistan suits are much better than fashion station, atleast they take responsibility from their end. I would like to compare my experience of shopping from fashion station to that of a small business who sell authentic pakistani suits.In the past year I have ordered from a small business for the ocassion of Eid with the same issue the order got delayed what I liked about that small business was first she responded whenever I asked for the status of my order and was very clear , secondly she was ready to issue an immediate refund and also she has given me discount coupon as an apology from their end . My point comparing the two business was their customer service which fashion station despite being a huge platform lacks it.My order no is #939283 and #939290. This time I have made up my mind if I don’t get my issue solved within a week I am going to file a legal consumer complaint which I should have done much earlier. I am so done with trying all the avilable means of contacting them including messaging their useless automated whatsapp customer service, sending them mail every now and then or trying all the possible numbers I could find, that resorting to filing a legal complaint is the only option left for me. If there are anyone like me who are facing similar issue and if they are just ghosting you i would suggest file a legal complaint.
And please fashion station don’t respond that contact our customer service like you have written to others who have posted their reviews as no matter whichever platform you raise your issue all we get is automated response from your end, I wonder if you even read out our queries.We all had had enough bad experience with your customer service, and it should be you who should contact your customer and solve their queries
