I was given form filling work which stated that I had to complete 500 forms in 5 days with 90% accuracy and then I will get payment or you will have to just pay registeration charges of 2000 rs if you are not able to do it or attain 90% accuracy. So I did 25 forms and for the next few days I got sick and there was a technical glitch. A lady called me saying that you have to pay 7080 for breaking the rule or else legal action. I told them the reason they said you have just one day to clear your dues. After the call, I got scared, before sending them money I did enquire about the company and from here only I got to know that the company is fraud. Just look at the number of times this number saved as JOB has called me. I received this message
“YOUR LEGAL CASE ID UL78035 IS GOING FOR LEGAL PROCEEDINGS.KINDLY HIRE A LAWYER AND GO FOR FURTHER PROCESS.WE AT ANBPROJECTION ARE GOING WITH LEGAL PROCEEDINGS UNDER SECTION 72 IN THE INDIAN CONTRACT ACT,1872.DUE TO VIOLATING THE CONTRACT.REGARDS, LAW FIRM +91 7580960101 INDORE (EXPERTISE IN cibil CASES)”
- I contacted the number given but it was fake they just try to blackmail you and take money. Very disturbing to see that these insane humans with third class companies and mindset take advantage of the needy person and victimize them. They know pandemic is going on and many people are searching for new jobs. They just try to prey you.
DONT PAY A SINGLE PENNY.
Please take actual legal action with these companies so that they know what actually is a court case.
