I booked two professionals on Urban Clap ,one for waxing and the other for facial.The professional(Savita Mishra) for facial came and she said “Mam the facial you have booked is not right it’s new and can cause damages to your skin ,please take a different one” I told her to do the other facial she is suggesting and I will pay the extra amount but she said you have to cancel your booking as the facial booked is different.I told her I will be charged if I cancel it now she said Let’s do something I will call you do not pick my call .The customer care of urban clap will call you tell them it’s raining heavily so the professional is not able to come .They will cancel the booking and I can do this facial for you .I did what she told as I thought it’s the only way I can get the right facial .She did that facial and the next day I have my face full of red bumps all over.Its spreading like an allergic reaction. I have taken the same facial previously but never faced any such issue ,she tricked me into getting my facial cancelled on the application and used expired products on my face as per the doctor which caused this allergy.Also the other beautician who did waxing peeled off my underarm skin which has caused another allergic reaction and I cannot even put my hand down .I am suffering physicaly and emotionally . Please help .It is only allowing me to share one picture here but allow me to share more .
