I had a existing load in Bajaj Finserv and i got a call from a guy from bajaj called Manish , asked me whether I need top-up without any charges .. i said ok .. and now they have charged me 11 k extra .. now those guys aren’t picking any call to query about the deductions.
Meanwhile he asked about RBL credit card . I said I don’t need it . But for kyc verification one guy came for bajaj loan and next day i got notification that my RBL card is dispatched.. i haven’t applied for it .. now I’m getting e statements mentioning i have due to pay .
Please help me in getting this fraud go away.. i cant pay that amount which i haven’t used it
