My Airtel money wallet 9986472091 was deactivated all of a sudden stating my kyc is expired and I’m supposed to close the wallet by sending email. I did that but still they haven’t processed my refund of Rs.1331.73 . Airtel had asked for certain documents like ahaar , cancelled cheque which was all mailed from my end 2 months back.
