I placed an order worth ₹798 from a site called rupamcreations.in (CARAT WORLD), was I was redirected by an Instagram advertisement to their site. Since then I have not got any mail or text on the contacts provided for order confirmation. The site is not recognising my email as one of their accounts and there has been no response as I see so many fraud complaints about them now.
Please help me get full refund and busting this fraud.
