Dear Sir,
Paytm first game app is a fraud online gaming app. They are so mischievous that they have no any way to contact any customer care agent. They offers us to play Rummy, Ludo, Call break and other gambling which is to be banned not only offline but also online. These days they are fooling players to have good winnings but they just manipulate the cards or Ludo no.s everytime with Tech Lab RNG distribution system which is actually a fraud too. I PREVIOUSLY added 1000 rupees and lost to Paytm first games then for again I added 1000 rupees and lost whole money again to them because of waste combination of cards everytime. In this way I lost more than 10000 rupees+ to them which is obsessing. All these happened 4-5 days ago. I got depressed and wanted to end myself due to such huge loss but somehow I managed to incur such loss. So It is my humble request to consumers court to put end such online apps like MPL, Paytm first Games, Ballebaazi, Winzo Games by banning all over country like we have in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Orissa and others otherwise, no youth will remain conscious and dedicated towards our nation. I saw a no. of people losing their will power due to such stupid game online run by the gamblers and promoters are also the real culprits. I want to sue them like Virat Kohli, Sachin Tendulkar, Virendra sehwag, Hrithik Roshan but I can’t because I am just a normal and poor man. But you all get authority to stop such nuisance happening all around us. please please please do something…
