I had ordered Mirraya Regular Fit Women Multicolour Trousers on Flipkart on 2nd July 2023. The item had policy of return within 10 days and I requested for return on the same day of delivery i.e. 5th,July,2023. But the delivery agent didn’t pick up my product and he himself rejected the return. After many requests of return,he did the same i.e. cancelling return request without asking or calling or reaching out to me. Customer Care service of Flipkart is also didn’t take my concern.This led to my Mental harassment , Misguidance.Also a case of fraud and deceive.
