Text of Complaint by Pratiksha Patel:

On 21st March 2021, the morning of 8:53 is I had called for a tariff plan change of my vi postpaid number and got help from Ms.Supriya from customer care. After clearing every single detail about the plan like. Plan charges and plan benefits. Yesterday morning my internet was stopped and when I called the customer care they said until I don’t clear the amount of 2560 of internet they won’t start it whereas my plan was of 699 which included unlimited calls and data. I’ve attached the recording of my call in which she clearly says it’s a 699 unlimited plan and I won’t get a bill above my bill amount.
