I ordered OPPO A17K (Navy Blue) new phone from flipkart. But I received used phone .Phone delivered to me yesterday. Even oppo company confirmed it. Called multiple times customer care, total negligence they are doing. Either they will cut the call or resolve the incident or they will tell me to contact Oppo. Very bad. No one is taking responsibility. Looks like they want to sell used products by telling it as new. They are telling there is no policy to return the product
Mainly issue is with used product given by flipkart.
1) Phone already used 38mints while switched on.
2) Two messages showed in text messages which is received on Aug 5th where we have not purchased phone.
3)Phone already used with different applications.
4)No peel off stickers on phone screen while received phone
I have informed this to oppo customer care, they told it is out of scope for oppo as it is miss from flipkart end. They sold used product. They confirmed they phone was in use on 5th aug by checking IEMEI number. requesting your help.
