I ordered a V guard gyser under order Id 17131321807085958 on 05NOV21 and on 13 Nov21 I received. In which I found lots of Laws books instead of gyser. When I informed to Amazon it was told to wait till19th Nov and will do needful. Finally I called on 21 st Nov 21 and it was told that Investigation completed without any face to face check at my home and it was told me that You will not get any refund.
Sir it was fully fraud done by me. I need my refu d of Rs 8000/-.
Please do needful and investigate the matter.
