I have ordered from bass factory, and the product was a combo of sony earbuds on facebook and the amount is 1599/-, order id :11AUG2095
Instead of above mentioned product i have received duplicate jbl headphone that i had never ordered, so please kindly take back the product and return the amount of 1599/-
