Hi,

 

I’m really not sure how to start with you people coz nobody is trying to understand or connect with me in this horrible situation you guys have put me into. I’m getting my services as a charity wherein I’m not even at fault.

 

If you’ll check the trail mail, you’d understand that I’ve been complaining about the fraudalent charges on my bill from last one month. Ive spoken to several people about this even to the managers and everytime I’m asked to pay some amount to get my services instigated and later they’ll adjust the amount after the investigation. This is absolutely unprofessional coz people are just reading the candid scripts from a paper to me and not understanding my problem.  I’m working as an area manager and I’ve a huge client base with whom I need to be connected throughout the day. Nobody can reach me now. My mother is in the hospital….this is getting sooooo annoying and frustrating.  If this doesn get resolved ill have to take this matter to the legal team.

 

I’m the one whose security and privacy is at stake, who has got fraudulent charges on the bill, whose services gets disconnected every after two days and I’m being asked to pay the amount. What kinda customer service is this.

 

I need an immediate resolution. I don’t have an alternate number but you can try to reach me at 8178998467 but I’ll prefer a response on email also.

 

I request you to please take this matter on priority or connect me to somebody who has the authority to help or resolve it. This is like a torture.

  1. Karthik- agent promised first that he’ll unbarr my services and then asked me to pay my bill. After 25 minutes and irrational discussion I asked him to transfer the call to the manager.

MY SERVICES ARE BARRED AND IM FACING LOT OF TROUBLE AND ISSUE COZ OF THIS.

I am writing this mail to report some fraudulent charges in my unbilled usage. Few days back I got a call from one of your representative regarding my unbilled usage as it crossed the credit limit. I was really surprised and annoyed coz this has never happened before, just for the record my bill has never crossed 789. When I asked about the same I was told that there was an international call made from my number which is absolutely bizarre coz I never made any calls outside india.

 

This is very frustrating and annoying coz my outgoing was barred coz of it and my work is getting impacted.

 

Reference no. 87437948 is given to me today as a complaint number.

 

Kindly look into this matter and help. This is an absolute disaster for my security and privacy. I need these charges off my account and way to make sure this doesn happen again.
