Hey

This mail is regarding order# 403-7887287-4774705 which was placed on 23rd November 2022 and that was large size, so placed exchange for the product XL size on 24th November 2022 which was showing late delivery so we cancelled the order before getting delivered. Then on 2nd December 2022 we called and placed return for the large size product was ordered on 23rd November. However after returning i didn’t got any refund. So raised complain on 12th December regarding same and Amazon customer service person said they will investigate on same and revert back but i didn’t got any response from them,so called again on 15th December but they asked to call back on 16th December. Hence I called today i.e 18th December 2022 and the customer support person told me that I have returned wrong products so they discarded the production when I asked them to return back the product or refund me back. She said they will not refund back as they received the wrong products.
First thing why will any customer will return wrong product. I feel it’s just new way you guys have find out to cheet customer and not refund there funds back when they returned the product. This is fraud you guys are doing with customers i being customer with Amazon for so long and you people don’t be value your customer.

I am writing this to you guys you return the wrong product to me or give me back the refund.
