It was horrible experience with Zomato today, we ordered Mutton Rogan josh from absolute barbeque which had buy 1 get 1 free offer for 388 rs. The order delivered had just one parcel the 2nd one on offer wasn’t sent. Hardly 2-3 pieces of mutton gravy with 388 cost ? And the free offer display is fake/fraud , pathetic customer service. Charging someone with huge cost and cheating them on offers is so rude. Over all Zomato customer service numbers are fake and Absolute Barbeque too isn’t taking responsibility. Will share feedback all over about this and will try my best to make people aware of such corrupt services.
