I have ordered one dress from yamaya fashion, i got some other dress which is very bad cheap quality kurta. I tried to search the customer care number on thier site i found one +919883639569.
When i called on this number the guy said we will return your money and our delivery boy will come and take your courier back after that he had asked for my last 4 digits of my phone number and than on the same number he had sent me the phonepe request and aksed 8000 rs and told, mam just click on pay you will get your money back. That was a new pay link which he sent asking for 8000Rs and insisted me to click on that link and pay. I managed to divert the topic and cut the call. Now i have lost 800 Rs.
Please take serious action on this site otherwish that guy is simply asking for money from innocent people who dont have upi and internet banking knowledge.
