Hi,
I ordered products from an online shopping app on COD. Today, I received two parcels. The vendor sent one product via Ecom express and other by another courier partner. I paid the amount for the one product using Ecom express scanner but the payment for the other one didn’t get through the scanner so, the delivery guy offered to Gpay the amount on his number and I did it. I had no doubts because the amount matched with the amount of the product. I paid him Rs. 1,318. When I opened the parcel I saw that I received the random pieces of clothes rather than the dress I ordered. This product is not showing delivered in the shopping app which means that it was a fraud. I hope as the parcel was delivered by Ecom express you will look into it and get back to me with resolution ASAP.
