- dear sir ….i order a product from paytm …wich has 200 cash back …but i try before 20 days but i found no cashback …even the prodect i order is also not deleverd …expected date is also expire…i want cancel this order …but it is imposible now i give screenshot below…such a bad serveces …and i try to talk custmer care but no one can take call …i wait 35minuts but there are only busy tone is running …i wrote many complains and problems but no one can solw my problems …and in cancelation process it show cancelation is posible in under 15 days of order ..but order is not deleverd to me ..so how can i cancel this order now …such a bad servece and Fraud on paytm …i loss my money in paytm …help me please
