Hi All,
I am using Vodafone SIM from last so many years although I am working for another telecom company.
I need a resolution from your side as no one is listening to me on your complaint number 198. On 15 Feb I received a call from one of your employee Neha ph-9911818846 and she told me that mam on your 499 plan Vodafone is offering Netflix and Amazon prime for 1 year and I said ok you can activate however she asked me the total cost which me and my husband is paying as a monthly bill to Vodafone.
I told her it is approximately 900 then she asked me to take family plan worth rupees 999 excluded GST. She told me only I have to pay the bill my husband’s separate bill will not be generated.
She asked me the OTP and after that, both the services were activated by her. After 1 month I got 894 and my husband got 771 as a monthly bill.
When I called again on that number Shivani picked up the call and she said that Neha left the company and there is no family plan is activated.
I and my husband have to pay 999 bills every month and if I terminate this plan we have to pay 3000 as a penalty of Netflix. The complaint raised two times also Audio recording sent to Vodafone mail id however they are saying only sorry.
No action has been taken . They are saying you have to pay anyhow. Now please resolve this issue as I am not going to pay such a heavy amount due to your employee fault. Please take some action. This is a big fraud form the Vodafone side. Below are the complaint numbers:
