Subject –       (Fraud with me by Amazon delivery boy who is collect cash payment R’s 53,990 from us and don’t give the parcels to us.)

Sir/Madam

My Name is Sahil Malhotra Residence of jalandhar i have booked two parcels (Mobile) from Amazon the Order ID is 40878428486107503 (OPPO RENO 3 PRO – R’s 25,990) & 2nd Order ID 40827874342971558 (ONE PLUS NORD – R’s 27,999) on dated 15-10-2020. That dated 18-10-2020 i have revived a call & sms from Amazon delivery boy. (+911726132004 Which is Showing on true caller in the name Amazon Delivery,, +919855057815 on True Caller in the name of ANKIT KUMAR ) Who was told me that he had two parcels from Amazon which was i booked on 15-10-2020. I told him that I’m out of town for today so he will take payment from my brother but don’t give the parcels to him you only take payment from him and both parcels give to my mother only because that mabile phone i was plan to gift to my sisters. The Amazon delivery boy understand what i am saying to him and aggred that he was take only payment from my brother and the parcels give to my mother only all the conversation i have recorded. which is now i send to you. Around 2.30 pm 18-10-2020 my brother give him 53,990 R’s cash and go to back his work. After that around 3.30 pm i called to Amazon delivery boy but he didn’t pick up the phone so i send him text message for payment confirmation that he received payment. Then he was reply to me with text message yes he was get 53,990 R’s from my brother and now he was going to somewhere for delivering the parcels after that he is meet to my mother and give that parcels to her. Now All the conversations with him i also send it to you. Around 7 pm he was told me that his bike was tainted and he is give the parcels to to us tommrow on dated 19-10-2020. After that dated 19-10-2020 when i called to him he was don’t pick up my phone when i message to him and ask about my parcels because yesterday he was received the payment but still we are waiting from our parcels then he was told me that he is ill and today not going to office. When i told him that give me your office address i collect my parcels from your Amazon office (jalandhar) but he do not give me his office address and told me that i am wait for today. He will give me the parcels on 20-10-2020 i have no option and i aggred for the waiting. But on 20-10-2020 when i was call to him again he do not pick up any phone when i message to him he was told me that I am waiting for today evening. After that dated 20-10-2020 i was registered my complaint against him on Amazon customer care miss Shital was attended my call and I’m told to her about all the incident or give her to mobile number of your delivery boy. She was told me that she is forward my complaint to concern department and company give me the resolution within 24 to 48 hours all the conversation with her i recorded but i did not revived and phone call or email from Amazon India. Now dated 24-10-2020 again i complaint to Amazon India customer care Mr Sudarshan Sahu attend me then again i told him about all this fraud which is done by Amazon delivery boy with me and i ask to him kindly give me your Jalandhar office address but he don’t give me the address after 37 minutes conversation he told me that Amazon India give me my money back to me which is 53,990 R’s on Amazon pay maximum 26-10-2020 all the conversation i have recorded again for the proof purpose only. After that 26-12-2020 i was again call to Amazon then madam Shittal was told me that within 2,3 days I will get the refund from Amazon. Today is 28-10-2020 there is no response from the Amazon to me. Sir /Madam kindly give me my money back because we are faith on Amazon. All the proofs which i have I’ll send to you kindly read it and give me the Justice and put a strong legal action against that delivery boy. Kindly don’t brake our trust with Amazon India.
