I have won the paytm mall lucky customers draw…
And won prize 12.6 lakh….
I paid him 6500/- rs for certificate generating..
Winning ammount cheque and certificate deposited from paytmmall officer in his sbi branch.
But sbi branch not able to transfer my cheque in my central bank a/c.
Later he said you pay noc certificate charge(18900/-rs).
He said when you paid this charge your cheque tranfer in your bank and you get 12.5 lakh.
After i pay 18900/- then sbi officer told me that you also pay security money for this transfer. And after this charge your cheque will tranfer.
Then i have no option to pay this charge because i am coming very poor family.
Even no one can give me debt.
So my complaint is about my 18900/- and 6500/- on paytm mall.
I want back my money otherwise i want to case on this company…
