Text of Complaint by fraud vendor:
I have ordered a silk saree,online,through Ustana website for Rs.849.
(COD).The saree delivered to me was just a simple saree,may be costing around 200rupees.
When I tried to return the same,I tried sending e mail to them,which is given by them.
The e mail ID seems to be fake,as the mail has not been received by them,inspite of sending it 3-4 times.
I am totally annoyed with such a cheating website.
The website may please be blocked.
I want my money,Rs.849 refund
