Text of Complaint by Soumya Goel Jain:

I purchased a total of ten phone covers from the website in two orders (of five cases each) placed on 11/03/20 and 12/03/20 respectively, for a total amount of ₹845. The payment was carried out through a Debit Card to my name, and the website redirected me to Razorpay_cards_netbanking_upi_wallets, and also mentioned was the detail ‘Surat online pay’. The website has no contact information besides an email ID,

which I have tried to get in touch with over 5 times, over a period of two months.

  1. They are clearly conducting fraudulent activities and despite having reported the website’s sponsored ad on social media, it continues to be displayed as an advertisement.
