I have ordered total number of 3 t-shirts for rs. 398 on 4th June 2020 under the offer of ” buy 2 get one free” but received no order id or any other reply from this website….I have checked mail but there was no mail regarding this…then I contacted the Bank and Google pay customer care regarding the payment status… customer care executive assured me that the payment has been successful…then how could it be possible that the payment has been successful but not received any order id….it seems that this website is totally fraud…so I request you to take strict action against this website and force me to send my money back to my bank account. The money is sent to the account named “SafexPay” and UPI id “paygate@icici”….I am providing his address as mentioned in his website….
I also checked my order details on the website.on the website show me Order #139976 was placed on June 4, 2020, and is currently Processing. still in processing how it is possible and no option for canceling my order.its a fraud website.
