Dear Sir/Madam
My name is Srinivas P and I have ordered 6 sarees with cost of 399 on December 22 2018 on this website . I have paid them in 2 parts ie., 798 and 1596 rupees respectively. On December 25 I have emailed them regarding first order #50338 and they replied that due to inventory issues , they are refunding my amount and refunded rs. 798. After few days I started enquiring about second order of 4 sarees with order# 50442. I have emails several times to clothesmart.in99@gmail.com since December 30 2018 . I received response on Jan 4 2019 that order will be sent by another 10 to 12 days . Upon another follow up they gave me expected date of order delivery as Jan 9 2019 and in Jan 10 they replied me saying that order will be received by Jan 17. After that I emailed them on Jan 22nd and Jan 23rd 2019 and there is no reply from them.
I still need to receive a refund of
Rs. 1596 against order# 50442 for 4 sarees with cost of Rs. 399 for individual saree.
I request officials from Consumer Forum to go through the details I provided and do the needful to me . And help me in getting my refund back.
