I have ordered a gown of rs 499 in the https://clothesmart.in/ website on 27th Dec 2018, Payment Id: pay_BcacKPCo2U9xky. I have still not received any update from them. I am trying to call but their number is not reachable. I have been referred the website from facebook ADS, the website offered some lucrative deals but had no COD Option. Neither the product is received nor I got any response from them. They have scammed so many people, neither of them got any product. I want my money back, please help. I wonder how facebook allows websites and companies for putting ads on Facebook without verifying them properly. Only for getting income from ADS Facebook is doing so, But they should understand it can harm a lot of people. Since we trust Facebook, We trust advertisements also that are displayed in facebook. We expect verified ads from verified companies in facebook. Please don’t put just any ads without proper verification. The Clothesmart is FRAUD COMPANY, It took away with all the money and now even their website is not reachable. We need to take action against the scammer, he should be punished and we should get our money back.
