Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a complaint against a fraudulent website named bookhighsrp.com that is impersonating the official HSRP (High Security Registration Plate) portal.
On [insert date], I visited the website bookhighsrp.com, which falsely claimed to offer online booking services for HSRP number plates. The website closely resembles the legitimate site bookmyhsrp.com, and it asked for all the sensitive details of my vehicle, including:
Vehicle Registration Number
State
Chassis Number
Engine Number
After entering these details, the site asked me to make a payment via UPI QR code, which I did. However, post-payment:
I did not receive any order ID
No confirmation message, email, or receipt was provided
There is no customer support or tracking system on the site
It is now evident that bookhighsrp.com is a fraudulent site designed to mislead people by mimicking the appearance of the genuine portal (bookmyhsrp.com).
